I do not accept to merge to your army for the DKA is wicked Strong. We too have just about 20-21 active. Just a bit short of you guys. What I will accept is being close allies. This means that I am not merged to you guys but rather a close ally that can help you whenever you really really need it. But…if you try to go against DKA, we will Declare War on you and if that happens we may be one of our close allies with us. But only if you try to attack us. Besides that, I dont accept a merge but I do accept to be close allies.
